- Thai aromatic rice "Jasmine Rice" is a long grained rice characterized by sweet aroma reminiscent of Pandan or Popcorn.
- This aromatic Jasmine rice. an India variety, goes well with Indian Food as well as Thai food!
- Great pairing with soupy curries, and excellent for rice dishes like Biryani, Pulao and Fried Rice!
- When you rinse Jasmine rice, rinse it gently. Use plenty of water.
- It can be soaked in a few minutes (do not soak too much), and it can be cooked with a rice cooker with a normal Japanese rice water.
- To make it perfectly fluffy, rest the rice for 10 minutes after cooking.
